Panama City / Panama City Beach Water Paradise! Rent/bring a boat for the dock!

Great water view, plenty of space for a family, loved having three bathrooms. Be prepared to bring more of your own items than was planned for. I had to purchase hand soap for all 4 sinks, dish soap and cleaner, hand towels and tissues. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied in each bathroom. There was also no coffee maker description listed but it was a regular coffee pot. There were several windows left open in kitchen and upstairs master and we had fruit flies in the house so we had to go buy bug stuff to get rid of them safely. If you like to cook and plan to make meals, bring most of your own kitchen utensils and cookware, not much to work with. We enjoyed seeing dolphins one morning as well as some baby sting rays.

Amazing view outthe back of the home. Much better place to stay than the beach, considering there is very little traffic. Early morning walks are awsome, all the neighbors were friendly too.

Excellent place to enjoy the bay and peaceful surroundings. I truly feel the property is under represented in the pictures. The insides newly updated and clean . The property is well kept and some of the prettiest morning and evening views. Especially those sunsets !!

This place was great, but i had to watch a video to be able to open the front door. No instructions given. The garage is off limits. The gate that goes to the back yard is locked. I brought a kayak so the garage being off limits and the gate being locked was very inconvienent. I had to carry a 12 foot kayak through the house. Very little silverware and plates. Okay enough with the bad. This location and area are great. The house was clean and the veiw was fantastic Beds were very confortable. Overall nice place. Wont rent again if we are bringing kayaks but would if not.
