It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

We stayed here for several weeks in May and again for several weeks in June. It is well appointed, very comfortable, secure and easy with a pet. The unit is very spacious, which made for great relaxation between activities. It is very convenient to grocery stores, retail and restaurants.

We had a great stay here. We were joined by family (with pet) who docked at the nearby (10 min walk) marina. Fully equipped kitchen with a laundry area. Spotless and spacious accommodations. Communication with the host was excellent. My only caution is that the unit is pretty much on the second floor so there are some stairs to navigate, if that concerns you. We also left a Bose portable speaker in the unit which management let us back in to retrieve but alas it was gone, so be sure you have everything with you on checkout.

Very nicely appointed apartment with lots of room, appealing furnishings and design, appropriate cooking utensils, silverware, dishes & glasses, good location, quiet neighbrood and excellent communication with managing company. Would stay again if in the area.
However, be AWARE that the Bonus Free Activities were *** NOT *** granted for our stay. I will be reporting this to VRBO and hope that this language will eventually be removed from this listing.
