This is the third time we have stayed at this unit. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen cabinets have been painted and a new countertop added since we were there 2 years ago. The beds are comfortable and it’s nice to have fans. Having salt and pepper, and a few more blankets in the house would be nice. It would be helpful to have a vacuum cleaner in the house that can be used by the renters. We enjoyed sitting out on the front deck and looking at the water, and taking walks in the neighborhood.It’s great that it is dog friendly, too. We hope to stay here again .

House was clean, neat, and easy to access from the water. Power at the dick does not work. Water at dock worked. Older 2 story house, with access only to top floor. Entrance to the neighborhood is through a trailer park. Water access was at the marina boat ramp down the street easy and friendly. 30 to launch.

The location in the bay is perfect for boating. The problem we had was we needed space for 2 big trucks and a huge boat trailer in the driveway. I messaged the owner and was told it was big enough. It really wasn't. The manager was attentive when we called the day of arrival.
The house is outdated but it was clean. It had enough space for the two families. The kitchen was well stocked. There was great water pressure in the shower. We had a great time and were comfortable.
