Our stay at the San Isidro Bird House was absolutely wonderful. We visited as a group of four adults and two children, and the property provided the perfect environment for our family trip.The service provided by our host, Carlos, was excellent from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive to our messages and ensured that our check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The property itself is beautiful and conveniently located close to Cayala in Zona 16, making it easy to explore the local area.The house was clean, well-maintained, the pool was clean and fun for the kids and for us 2. Specially after a long day. This property offered a peaceful atmosphere that we all truly appreciated. We felt very well taken care of and safe throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Ciudad de Guatemala who is looking for top-tier service and a comfortable, family-friendly home.Thank you, Carlos, for a memorable experience! There are so many wonderful things to say about both the apartment and the host. The location is easy to find, in a safe area, and conveniently close to a plaza with restaurants, grocery stores, and more. My kids felt right at home and truly enjoyed the stay. The pool was large and pleasantly warm, and the apartment was clean, tidy, and well-maintained.I had a great experience and will definitely come back. The host was exceptional—he welcomed us personally, gave us great recommendations on places to visit, and was always flexible and available whenever we needed anything. He was always happy to help, and I’m truly glad there are still kind people like him.

Excellent safe place to stay especially for an extended stay with kids, the pool and gym and green space come in handy to relaxa and unwind a bit. I highly recommend your stay at San Isidro
