Lovely spacious apartment, great view of the city at night, safe security at the front desk, really comfy beds. Good location for airport stay - 15 mins in taxi to drop off zone.

The check in process is complicated. It never feels safe to have to photograph your passport and send in a what’s app message to a number before you even arrive. It would be more comfortable and secure for the guest to do this with the reception staff in person to feel safe. Guatemala City is known to have dangerous parts so being cautious as a tourist is advised, revealing so much about your identity in advance is not something we experienced anywhere else in the country so we felt uneasy about it. We had to have help from our English speaking taxi driver to navigate this.

El apartamento era bonito, cómodo y amplio. Además, estaba ubicado cerca del aeropuerto, lo que resultó muy conveniente. El lugar en general era agradable y permitió una estancia tranquila.
