Your group will enjoy this spacious 2 Queen bed, 1 Sunroom (twin bed) & 1 bath apartment that is 2-7 minutes from the Medical District, Beale Street, Bass Pro Shop, Downtown, the Peabody Hotel, the Fed Ex Forum, the Liberty Bowl Stadium, Fox Theater, the Cooper Young Area, Memphis Zoo & Newly renovated Riverside Drive; & only 15 minutes from Graceland.
Sunroom is a game room or twin bedroom. Apartment is 3-5 minutes from Walgreens, grocery store& plenty Fast food.

Spacious, clean, Safe and in a peaceful area in Midtown 2 minute drive to the medical district and 7 minutes from Beale Street.

The Court yard, laundry center, parking lot and all rooms inside the spacious 3 bedroom apartment.
Other things to note
There is a grocery store down the street on Madison. And wonderful breakfast spot I recommend called Sunrise Memphis in the area. I have eaten there myself.
