For 2026 rental dates, please inquire! - ‘Just Havenly' is a gorgeous, newly built home in the best location - within close walking distance to both South Beach and downtown South Haven. Park the car and walk to everything! Just 2-3 blocks to the beach, the riverfront, or the shops and restaurants.
With three levels and over 4500 square ft, this custom home was designed to provide ample space for guests to spread out. The first floor living room has a gas fireplace and 50" smart/xfinity TV. Double doors open wide to a cozy screened porch, expanding the space and providing an additional lounge area. The open kitchen is complete with island seating, a professional 6-burner range, premium appliances, and is adjacent to a dining room that seats 8. The small hallway off the living room leads to a queen guest bedroom, a full bathroom, and a king master bedroom with smart TV and ensuite bathroom. There's plenty of room for all your shoes and beach supplies in the mud/laundry room at the back of the home.
Up the stairs are two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed and another with 2 double beds), two full bathrooms, and a bonus lounge area with a 50" smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The lower level of the house is very spacious and provides yet another living room with 50" smart/xfinity TV, a game room with air hockey and wet bar, as well as the 5th bathroom and bedroom (king bed and twin built-in bunk).
This home has wonderful outdoor spaces! Relax on the front porch and greet neighbors headed to the beach, lounge privately in the screened room, or cozy up under the string lighting in the professionally landscaped backyard. Outdoors you'll find a dining table for 6, a grill, and a dedicated gas fire pit area.

Just Havenly was a wonderful place to stay for our annual family South Haven vacation. It was all new, clean and in a location close to downtown and the beach. The host is quick to respond to any questions.

Perfect location to both town and beach. Our family had plenty of room both inside and out to gather. Kitchen was well appointed and the entire house was clean and comfortable. It made for a fabulous time. Would definitely recommend for a wonderful getaway.
