About this house rental
This quaint, cozy, cheerful remodeled historic spacious home is located at the heart of South Haven, just 8 mins walk to the beach, 4 mins walk to downtown and marina. It is perfect for family and friend gathering or some relaxing downtime in the charming beach town year-round.

Bedrooms: all bedrooms are upstairs with blackout curtains
● Master bedroom: 2nd floor – 1 King bed
● Blue bedroom: 2nd floor – 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin bed
● Yellow bedroom: 2nd floor – 1 Queen bed, 1 Day bed
● Loft/Bedroom: 3rd floor – 8 Twin beds (kids’ favorite; no blackout curtains)

● Bathroom 1: Main floor – tub with shower
● Bathroom 2: 2nd floor – tub with shower
● Bathroom 3: 2nd floor in Master bedroom – tub with shower

➥ We require a copy of a valid government issued ID to verify the identity of the renter and the complete list of guests’ names before entry.
➥ Our property has devices for the safety and security of guests and the home. Any
attempt to turn off, damage, disrupt or remove these devices will lead to fines
and/or eviction without a refund. Ring doorbells and camera are monitoring the
outside of the property only.

The beds were comfy, the house was clean, and it had all supplies we needed. Location was also fabulous, so close to downtown and the walk to the beach was manageable. Wonderful home and would definitely stay again

We shared this home with 3 other couples. These was definitely plenty of room for all of us. A good time was had by all.

House was clean and very well stocked. Quiet neighborhood convenient to both downtown and the beach. Some of the house was fresh but most has not been painted in many, many years and is quite dingy. The small outdoor area with grill and picnic table was weedy and untidy and the three rubbish bins were overflowing.
