About this house rental
We would be delighted to welcome you to our charming 75 m² villa with a magnificent view of the Sanguinaires Islands and the Gulf of Ajaccio.
Located 15 minutes from Ajaccio Napoleon Bonaparte Airport and 20 minutes from the ferry terminal.
You’ll also find the town center of Porticcio and its beach just a 5-minute drive (or 20-minute walk) away.
Our tastefully decorated villa features:
- 3 bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm), one of which has a terrace with a sea view
- 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets (including one separate one)
- A fully equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators, dishwasher, oven, microwave...)
- A bright living room opening onto a pleasant 25m² terrace with a breathtaking ocean view.
- The terrace features a large table that seats up to 8 people, outdoor furniture, and a plancha grill.
For your comfort, we provide a TV, Wi-Fi (fiber), a washing machine, a clothesline, an ironing board and iron, and a hair dryer...
You also have the option to rent linens (sheets and bath towels) for an additional €40 per room.
* Reservation and payment terms:
- Weekly reservations
- Check-in: Saturdays starting at 4:00 PM
- Check-out: no later than 10:00 a.m. on the following Saturday
- A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to secure the reservation, and the balance is due one month before your arrival, along with a security deposit check for 1,000€
- Cleaning fees are included in the price of your stay.
