About this house rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this magnificent, air-conditioned holiday home for rent in Porticcio, featuring sea and mountain views, situated close to the beach and boasting a swimming pool. The property covers an area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 38 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers) and a garden of approximately 350 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- Bedroom 1: master suite with a king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Shower room
- Separate toilet
Upstairs:
- A 38 m² living room with TV and fireplace.
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A dining area with a sea view
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, plancha, tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board, steam iron, high chair and cot…
Outdoors:
- A private, heated swimming pool (6 x 3 m) fitted with an electric cover. It will be available from April to November inclusive.
- A 40 m² terrace with outdoor furniture
- A private, enclosed garden of 310 m², with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Porticcio (everything is within walking distance), in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.

- Ajaccio ferry terminal, approximately 19 minutes’ drive away
