About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers you this charming 90 m² air-conditioned house with sea and mountain views, less than a kilometer from the beach, with swimming pool, for rent in the commune of Porticcio. It can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a 38 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 350 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: master suite with king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- 38 m² living room with TV and fireplace.
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Dining area with sea view
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, tumble dryer, washing machine table, iron, clothes steamer, high chair and cot ....
Exterior:
- A private swimming pool (6x3m), heated and equipped with an electric cover. Available from April to November inclusive.
- A 40 m² terrace with furniture
- A private enclosed garden of 310 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Porticcio (everything within walking distance), in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Horse riding, tennis , Paddle.
- Water sports
- Hiking.
- Cruises from the center of Porticcio.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte airport, approx. 12 min by car.
- Ajaccio ferry terminal about 19 min by car
