The property is a masionette with the majority of the accommodation on the first floor, however it does have its own private entrance on the ground floor. As you head inside, you will see the family bathroom is on the ground level. Upstairs, you will discover the open plan kitchen, living and dining space which is bright and well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a homecooked meal. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, a great space to unwind after a busy day exploring Devon. The two double bedrooms, one with en-suite, have been stylishly furnished. The private garden at the rear of the property is accessed via the first floor and it has been lovingly set up for guests to enjoy. Private parking is available in the driveway for one small car.
