Short stroll to the Pier, Main and Back beaches with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Scenic walk or quick ferry ride to nearby Shaldon.
Teignmouth railway station is a 9 min walk away.
Exeter (M5) is around 15 minutes drive.
Torquay is also 15 minutes drive away or visit
Dartmoor a short 30 minutes drive.
The space
The apartment is in a brand new luxury development with 1 free parking space. There is an electric car charging point.
From the south facing balcony there are stunning views of the Teign Estuary and the sea.
The apartment is open plan kitchen / dining/lounge with the latest appliances including underfloor heating, temperature sensor oven, induction hob and a massive 65" 4k smart TV (Netflix / prime / youtube enabled).
There are 2 double bedrooms, the master with another smart 4k 55" TV and an en-suite "rain" shower room. The other bedroom is serviced by a full-size bathroom.

Entire apartment with hallway, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 ensuite shower room, open plan kitchen / lounge and balcony.
Other things to note
The development is next to a South Western Railway and will have trains running in the day (With associated train noise).
However the trains do not operate later at night.
For the train spotters, there are regular steam trains running during the spring and summer.
The development is not on the beach.
The development is near the sea and there are seagulls around (With associated seagull noise)
The apartment features Keyless check-in using your smartphone or a keypad entry. This will automatically be set up for the booking guest.
The main building and car park also uses a keypad for doors / gate.
