You can't beat this location nestled on a brick street, a couple of blocks from the gulf, one block from the Pinellas bike trail, 2 blocks from Hammock Park with its wildlife and walking trails, and less than 2 miles from town which you can get to by bike, walking (on the bike/walking trail) or car. Roughly 25 miles from Tampa, 21 miles from the Tampa International Airport, 23 miles from bustling St Petersburg, situated next to Clearwater. So much you can do if you like. Golf, tennis, pickleball. Enjoy the beach? You are minutes from Caladesi Island and Honeymoon Island State Park with its 385 beautiful acres and 4 miles of beach as well as Clearwater and its famous beaches. Rest, grill out, or just simply enjoy the fully fenced in backyard. Well behaved, quiet, housetrained dogs are permitted. Laundry room with a washer and dryer included. Two queen beds, one trundle bed (sleeps 2). Brand new master bathroom with walk in shower. Stays longer than 3 months include wi-fi but not utilities. A beginning supply of laundry and dish detergent, and paper supplies are at your disposal. Pet fee $100 per dog up to 2 dogs. Available beginning April 29th.

We had a good trip. Too much for us to do in such a short trip. The property was perfect. My wife liked how the kitchen and dining room were finished. There was plenty of closet and dresser space for our clothes. The area was very quiet at night. The bike trail was close by, which we found convenient. We definitely recommend this place and we will keep this place in mind for our future trips.
