This sunny private apartment is located on the second floor of an owner occupied two unit building.
Location, location, location! Conveniently close to all that the greater Portland area has to offer! Just a couple of blocks from the Greenbelt. Minutes from wonderful restaurants, night life, beaches, lighthouses etc. Too many things to do and see to list!!!

What a darling and well-appointed cottage this is! The neighborhood is quiet but conveniently located to attractions that this part of Maine offers. Linda, the property owner, was attentive if we needed anything. This is a perfect place for one adult. The double bed makes for cozy sleeping arrangements, but I knew this ahead. The cottage is spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and again.

We had a lovely vacation. The apartment was very comfortable and convenient for bicycling the Eastern Rail Trail. Easy in and out to Portland.
