Perfect location , close to everything needed in downtown Portland. Good to have parking;
Regarding parking: would suggest available parking to both units if they are willing to coordinate/communicate with each other when coming & going

It was a nice location and comfortable apartment. Kitchen was well appointed. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and easy half mile walk to the harbor.
Tub/shower was very scary. The tub was slippery with nothing to hold on to. Some bathroom linens were very scratchy, but we found a few nice soft ones after digging through a bit. The halted building permit posted on the door was a little disconcerting.
