The Apartment was well equipped and the communication with the Host was very good. Parking on the street was easily possible. Price to value Ratio was okay. The neighboorhood is safe despice the homeless people around.
It is an old House so it is quite noisy. You hear if Somebody flushes or showers. You also hear the street and sometimes the homeless around the Apartment are quite noisy.

Very clean.
The location was slightly sketchy…but the reservation did stipulate that. We never felt unsafe, but there were definitely ALOT of homeless in the area. A main shelter is just down the road.

Very close to the city. Everything was within walking distance. I was able to park my car on the side lot with no problems. Nice security with the added gate and double doors into the property. The rain machine and tv were very nice as well. Property is decorative and clean.
The windows didn’t open/don’t have screens so you’re not able to get fresh air
