A nautical themed 1 bedroom unit complete w/ legit ready to play DVD of Disney's "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea!" (full smart TV capacity also) Located in West Bayside in a prime walkable location to popular areas including the Old Port, Art's District, & Commercial Street w/new establishments within a block including Argenta Brewery, Batson Distillery, Bayside Bowl & more! The area is unique with a lot of street traffic & at times many unhoused on the street.

The room was clean. We asked for more towels and received them without hesitation. John was very responsive. We were not affected at all by the unhoused in the area. It can get a bit loud at times in the street below, but “sleep sounds” on my phone were all we needed to drown it out. We were able to walk from our place to the wharf and shopping area and never felt unsafe. Honestly it’s like most cities with a homeless population.

Stay was ok! Not worth the listing price. Does the trick if you need a quick place to stay. Other than two mugs, very few supplies.
