Couldn’t be a better location and attention to detail as well decorating of studio apartment. Host was our angel throughout our stay. It was a wonderful experience in Como.

This property is exactly as advertised. The manager gave specific instruction concerning entry to the property. The location is private and quiet while allowing for quick access to the busy city center. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Como. Many thanks to Patrizia for providing us with a wonderful experience!

Very nice!!!! Beautiful area as well. Patrizia was the best host! She left a present for us. It was spaghetti and tomato sauce, so we had a nice cooked dinner with a bottle of wine. 😊 We would definitely come here again! Grazie Patrizia!

This is a nice little apartment right in the heart of the historic area. Nothing fancy but met our needs. The host was very responsive and gave some nice restaurant recommendations.
