Separate service area with private sink, clothesline, and pantry.
The internet is great, works very well and at high speed (RVT fiber optic). The car is parked inside the property. Our guesthouse is in a very safe area. It's very close to the beach (130m from the shore). The property is large and wooded, with shade and fruit trees. It has an electronic gate and surveillance cameras. Guests will have access to a kiosk with a barbecue, outdoor showers and a grassy area.
