2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Our space combines the convenience and services of a hotel with the comfort of an apartment.
The studio is fully furnished and includes:
- Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, fridge with freezer, blender, microwave, sandwich maker, cookware set, and kitchen utensils
- 50" Smart TV
- Split air conditioning (hot & cold)

- 1 single sofa bed
- 1 bathroom with gas-heated shower and hair dryer
- 100 Mbps Wi-Fi

Linen & towels:
- All beds come with complete bed linen.
- Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 face towel.
- 1 bath mat per bathroom.
- Bathrooms include amenities: shampoo, conditioner, soap, and one roll of toilet paper.
- Linen changes can be requested upon payment of the cleaning fee.
- The cleaning included in the reservation price is performed only at check-out. If the guest requests an extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
