About this house rental
Located just outside the village of St. Laurent la Vernéde, 12 km from Uzès, this historic farmhouse is the perfect place to enjoy a vacation with family or friends. Very quiet setting. 2,400 m² enclosed property with plenty of trees. Two spacious shaded terraces, a secure 8x4 pool, lounge chairs, a bocce court, a ping-pong table, and a barbecue.
GROUND FLOOR: Living Room (TV, Internet, DVD player, library, games),
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, pyrolytic oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, freezer, washing machine, filter coffee maker with ground coffee + espresso-style coffee maker...) 1 bedroom (with 1 double bed and 1 single bed), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
UPPER FLOOR: 3 bedrooms (2 with 1 double bed each and 1 with 2 sets of bunk beds), bathroom with tub, separate toilet.
Ideally located between the sea and the mountains, this region offers numerous sightseeing opportunities and activities: Uzès (12 km), the first duchy in France, will charm you with its elegance; you’ll be enchanted by its medieval alleyways, fountains, and shaded squares; the Pont du Gard (29 km); Nîmes, a Roman city (40 km), Avignon, City of the Popes (40 km), the Cévennes, the coast (Grau-du-Roi, 1 hour 30 minutes), Arles and the Camargue, the Drôme Provençale, river swimming, canoeing...
Sheets, towels, and linens not provided.
A security deposit check for 800€ is required upon arrival; it will not be cashed and will be returned one week after departure.
Vacation vouchers are not accepted.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory: 110€
Minimum stay of 3 nights
- Low season rate: €900 per week
- School breaks: €1,500 per week (winter break, Easter, All Saints’ Day, Christmas, and New Year’s Day)
- June 2023: €1,500 per week
- July 1, 2023, through July 15, 2023: €1,750 per week
- July 15 through August 26, 2023: €2,150 per week
- August 26 through September 10, 2022: €1,700 per week
