The Boathouse, Kingsbridge - Romantic detached annexe with parking & estuary walk to great pub

The location was great as it faced the estuary and was a 15 minute walk into town. Along the way was a great pub and a scenic river walk. (although it is a busy road and you initially have to get to the river path which requires you to be on your senses). The property was exceptionally clean (right up there with the cleanest we have stayed in) extremely well fitted out and modern. We really enjoyed sitting out on the terrace at the front of the property on the sunny evenings we were lucky enough to have had. Kingsbridge is a great base for local attractions. We would love to come back one day.

As previously mentioned the road is busy and care is needed to back onto it. This is not a reason not to stay here just something to be aware of and we got the hang of it pretty quickly.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Vermieter. Ruhiges Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Lage, um die Südküste von England zu erkunden.

Parkplatz am Haus, aber sehr gefährliche Ausfahrt in einer unübersichtlichen Kurve :-(

An amazingly well designed and immaculately furnished property offering comfort and privacy close to Kingsbridge. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and suitable for any "MasterChef", but we cheated and made it easy with ready meals, dinning "alfresco ' morning and evening on the private terrace. Our host was very good at communicating by messaging, and friendly when we met and knowing they were close by, should we have any problems was reassuring. We enjoyed a very comfortable and peaceful stay and hope to return.
