The location was prefect for us and the unit we stayed in was the last in a row of four and very quiet The garden and surrounds were lovely and well maintained It was nicely furnished and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed
Only thing that was frustrating was that the remote for the back gate didn’t work so for the five days we stayed we were unable to access the parking. I did report this on the second day and was advised that it would be attended to but it remained unresolved by the time we left

The location was excellent. Not too far from any shops. Area in general was quiet.

Clean, well presented and adequate for our needs
The remote access to off street parking did not work. The response from staff was one of disinterest, I initially asked for a replacement battery, I was directed to buy one which I did but the new battery made no difference, I advised staff by email or test but got no answer. You can judge organisations by how they respond to problems, Belle’s response was poor.
