Georgoshouse Lykos beach Sfakia

I absolutely loved my week at Georgo’s house. The staff- Spiros and Yuli- so lovely, helpful and attentive in a really chilled and non-intrusive way. The food was great- loved the variety of vegetarian food (stuffed peppers were great!) and of course the yoghurt, honey, fresh fruit for breakfast. Oh, and Spiros makes the best margaritas! 🍸Perfect as a sundowner! The swimming/ snorkelling around the bay was just magic and I’m missing it all already!

Nous avons adoré la nature, l’emplacement en bord de mer, la simplicité du lieu, le calme et l’accueil extrêmement gentil et attentionné de Spyros, Iuglia et Sissi (j’espère que l’orthographe n’est pas trop catastrophique !!). Georgoshouse se fond dans le paysage et est fait pour les amoureux de la nature. En plus de tout, Sissi cuisine délicieusement bien une cuisine crétoise authentique et savoureuse.

Il faut s’habituer aux salles de bain partagées. Si tout le monde participe du nettoyage c’est tout de suite plus agréable ! Literie sommaire.

Un endroit paradisiaque ! Tellement de charme et en plus, on y mange très bien !

A lovely place on the beach, amazing people, a hard working family taking care of this little paradise, well hidden from the touristy side of Crete. A place to relax, close to nature, on a trecking path that takes you to amazing places and reminds you that simple is always best. Will be back for sure!
