We traveled in a group of three girls alone and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed, comfortable, and safe. The hotel exceeded all of our expectations. It was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always happy to help with anything we needed. A very special thank you to Shaima, who truly made our stay unforgettable. She has such a warm heart, the sweetest personality, and the most positive energy. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and always greeted us with a smile. She made us feel at home, and her genuine kindness is something we'll always remember. The hospitality at this hotel was outstanding, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Loved the location and the interior is amazing

It’s a short walk from the main road- but this is not a problem at all

The location was superb, it was 2 minutes away from the main square. Everything was nearby and especially at night it was really fun and lively. The room was clean and it was very traditional. The staff were nice and very welcoming.

The breakfast could have been a bit better otherwise everything was great.

Breakfast very basic Moroccan breakfast. We had to keep asking for more coffee as very small cups and small pot of coffee provided. Minimal amenities in the rooms. The safe couldn´t be used as not fixed to anything, just a locked steel box on a shelf. Useless.

Could have been offered a small amount of choice for breakfast. Beds could have been softer. Towels need replacing, very thin and threads hanging off the edges.
