About this riad rental
Riad Valia is located at the bottom of a quiet little derb in the Rabah Kedima district (Place des Epices). 5 minutes from Place Jemaa El Fna you will soak up the life of the Marrakchis in the fabulous and authentic medina of Marrakech.
The house, renovated and decorated in pure Moroccan style, can accommodate up to 9 people in 3 double bedrooms and a triple master bedroom. All are equipped. Our housekeeper can provide you with remarkable catering at your convenience, she takes care of the housework and prepares breakfasts.
Breakfasts are included in the rental price. The airport-riad transfer is included for stays of a week or more. For short stays the organization of the transfer is possible (prices on request).
We would like to inform our guests that noisy parties and other bachelor parties for young girls or boys are absolutely prohibited, except with our prior agreement.
Additional guests who are not registered in the rental contract (girls or boys) are also prohibited, and sex tourism is prohibited.
Our caretaker is on site to ensure strict compliance with these rules.

We loved everything about our stay. Sylvie was so helpful - and the staff at the riad, Saida and Fatah, were outstanding in every way. The beds were super comfy… we loved the luxury of having en suite bathrooms in every room…. A perfect stay, perfectly located and we would love to return!

Fairly limited breakfast menu, fruit and yoghurt lacking. Beds very hard. Lady host delightful and extremely helpful. Very clean and great location.

This was a beautiful oasis just off a main souk. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and Fatah and Saidah were so kind and attentive.

We stayed in this Riad in October with friends and it was perfect for our group. In total there were 4 couples and each had a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. The bedrooms are a good size and like the rest of the Riad the rooms have been restored to a very high standard with great taste.
No expense has been spared in the renovation and after walking around the souks or exploring Marrakesh for the day you enter a piece of paradise when you walk through the front door. The roof terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a pre dinner drink and the downstairs courtyard is nice and cool and the basin is ideal for a quick dip or for just dangling your tired feet in.
The Riad is well placed with the souks on your door step as well as restaurants and cafes all within a short walk. The guardian is happy to walk you to restaurants to ensure you do not get lost and is always on hand with advice to make sure you get the best of your stay – and the mint tea was always appreciated when we returned to the Riad.
The traditional Moroccan breakfast was tasty and plentifully and on our first evening we took the opportunity to have a meal prepared and served to us in the Riad, which everyone enjoyed immensely.
We cannot recommend this Riad highly enough and will always be our first choice when we return to Marrakesh - and we hope this will be soon.
