Riad Dialna

The Riad had a very relaxed atmosphere and I really felt at home there. Clean and comfortable.

Could be a little noisy with doors slamming at times but not too much.

The riad is very beautiful, clean, and welcoming. We had some issues with our room, especially with the sink drain and a sewer smell coming from the shower, but Hamsa was quick to change our room, incredibly kind, and attentive and available for any need—a truly great guy. We did have some communication issues with the day girl, because she only speaks French. But overall, we had a great time; all the staff were very friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Nice riad in an excellent location right in the medina and the room was very clean with a nice bathroom.

It wasn’t as comfortable as I expected this time. You can clearly hear the noise from people in the eating area, which makes it hard to relax. The staff also seemed a bit confused and not as attentive as during my previous visit — for example, when I asked for a towel, the boy initially brought me one that was clearly dirty. The bathroom design also isn’t very practical, as the open shower causes water to get everywhere. This was my second time staying here and unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing compared to my first visit, especially since the staff is not the same anymore.

The location of the property is very good and the staff are very helpful

The property was not properly maintained. The furnitures are old and tired. You can see the cracks on the walls. The beds in our room were not comfortable, it was like sleeping on the rock. I’m going back home with a backaches for sleeping on the bed for 6 nights. The main light in the room stopped working on our second night. The bedsheets was not changed throughout our stay but the cleaners made the bed everyday with same sheets. We get fresh towels every day though.
