The location is really good because it’s close to the market. The vibe of the road is very cozy and cool. The mattress is quite firm yet comfortable.
Requested the pick up from the airport but has to be dropped to the main road. Then the guy who’s supposed to direct us to the riad had to wait for the other guests that he had to send to other riad. Considering we arrived super late (past midnight) then We had to wait and walked for about 30mins, it’s quite inconvenient than just getting a taxi from the airport. Plus, it’s actually much more expensive than the airport taxi. As for the room, there is no door in the bathroom, only a curtain. So if someone is doing their business, it can be heard.

The Riad is located in a great central place, only minutes away from the Souks and Jema el-Fna. Although close to the centre and near the souks you could not hear the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh.
The hosts (Zachriah and Co) were very hospitable and attentive. When we would have breakfast in the morning and leave for our day excursions or activities they would welcome us back with questions and how we found everything, even in the late evening they checked to see if we were ok when we got back.
I would definitely recommend this Riad again just for the wonderful experience we had with our host and great location.

I loved how kind the staff was and made an effort to greet us even when we got in super late and left early.

Place was small and crammed (Cozy?). But location was very good. You're right in the middle of the busy market.
There are other better riads around with better cleanliness and modern furnishings for the same price.
