It is my fifth time in the riad. It changed ownership, but is maintains the good service. Location is very good.

The Riad is at a perfect location, into the medina. The breakfast was delicious and the staff really polite and helpful.
The room was quite small for 2 people, as the bed was taking the most space of the room and with our luggages we couldn’t move very easily.

Staying at the Riad la Cigale was a wonderful experience. A peaceful oasis in the vibrant and exciting city of Marrakesh.
All the staff were lovely. Yassmine the manager really went out of her way when I had credit card payment problems and sorted them for me. Her advice on what to visit with the use of the riad's map was very useful and booking of tours was really easy. Breakfasts on the terrace, pure joy with cool breezes and visiting birds. Saida and Aymane helped me in so many ways and I really appreciated their support.

I love that they retained the classic styling in this building, which they have refurbished. My room was delightful and the use of stained glass to create a glow was understated and gorgeous. What made the experience special was the staff, and I am going to mention Saida and Aymane particularly. They are “walking smiles,”and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you to those guys!
