Spacious. Location was great - close to Balaclava station. Staff were responsive when issues arose. Apartment was generally clean. Bed was comfortable. Couch was large and very comfortable. Underground parking was convenient. Easy access to ALDI.
Washing machine and dryer were dirty. Iron board and iron itself were both burned and unusable. The quilts were hotel style but we didn’t mind as we used our own quilts and pillows.

Didn't actually meet anyone but communication was fine. All went smoothly. The accommodation was in a good position and spotlessly clean. Everything worked. There were no problems.
The shower pump and fan were noisy but not a problem unless someone is sleeping

Excellent facilities and location to shops and public transport.
Perhaps a portable fan heater would be a good idea for the cold nights.
