Vibrant 2-Bed Apartment Near St Kilda Beach

Location was good for what we needed.

No instructions with the keys and fobs. Having to pick up keys from a shop half a kilometer away. When really a key box could be attached to the property and a code given at time of arrival, maybe. The aircon vent in the main living room has never been cleaned as it was covered with thick dust. The sink in the bathroom would fill and not drain like it should. The kitchen sink tap handle came off easily and needed to be put back on. Could do with a new tap. The shower door track was a mouldy, not cleaned adequately. The beds were clean and comfortable. Overall the place was tidy. Could do with some maintenance. Communication with madecomfy was satisfactory. Could do with having one person to speak with as you have to keep repeating yourself.

The apartment was great, and in a great location.

There was no human interaction. Check in and out details were provided by a portal. There was no way to discuss changes. Requests via the chat to check out early were declined. There was no flexibility. The shop for key drop off wasn't open to drop keys off at the required time. Disappointing end to a good weekend.

The decor was very nice and aesthetic, us being right next to the peninsula express skybus pickup/drop off as well as the 3/67 tram to melbourne central was also very convenient

We weren't given enough dishwasher powder or laundry powder for everyone to use for our 2 week stay so we bought more, same with toilet paper.
