Limited Comfortable

Location appealed to me. The apartment was freshly renovated and immaculately cleaned. Outstanding window shutters and private parking. TV and internet facilities are good.

The road was extremely uneven, and the property was in a remote area. You must manually open the gate and close it after leaving the apartment, which is attached to another house. There isn't enough parking space due to another car next to it. I felt a little uneasy about the property owner's strict rules notice. People who are on vacation dislike following the rules. Even though the metal gate doesn't close unless you slam it, you must be extremely quiet at night and watch out that it doesn't get slammed. Property owners should, in my opinion, loosen the regulations and recognize that guests are there for a fun vacation. The apartment is filled with furnishings and decorations, such as books and candles, as though someone lived there all the time. Every night, there was a terrible smell, and I had the impression that someone was vaping or smoking, but you couldn't see them. To eliminate the odor, I had to keep the air conditioner running. The TV is set high so that it can only be viewed while in bed. I think the room is too small to accommodate a family. Visitors and guests were not allowed. No local store. This property was overrated by some people.

Struttura presentata benissimo, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il frigorifero, ma l’host si è precipitato a risolverlo nel giro di 10 minuti. Persona simpatica ed amichevole.

Siamo stati benissimo e per viaggi di lavoro è l'ideale. Pulitissimo!

Per chi ha necessità di stare in quella Zona anche per lavoro, il posto è comodissimo e silenziosissimo ! La struttura è più grande di quello che appare in foto: l'area living e cucina (dove c'è uno splendido letto a scomparsa, grande e comodo) ha anche una cabina armadio comodissima. Bagno e ambienti pulitissimi. Emanuele è precisissimo in tutte le indicazioni e sempre disponibile per qualunque eventuale necessità. Facilissimo il ritiro delle chiavi.

Piacevole soggiorno

Appartamento monolocale rifinito bene, completo di tutto. Situato in una zona tranquilla piene di villette. Indicazioni da parte del proprietario chiarissime con video spiegazione.

Niente da sottolineare, di notte zona silenziosissima e il rumore del frigo dava fastidio, risolto semplicemente staccando la presa per la notte.

Casetta molto carina e accogliente, c'era davvero di tutto e tutto funzionante. Curata nei dettagli e nell attenzione del cliente L'host Emanuele una persona veramente squisita e disponibile , ci siamo trovati veramente bene , più che bene, ritorneremo molto volentieri 😊

Superbe appartement. Nous y avons séjourné une seule nuit mais si nous le pouvions, nous serions resté plus longtemps. L’emplacement est top pour rejoindre Rome facilement. Emmanuel est un hôte accueillant, gentil, disponible et répond rapidement aux messages. Le logement est très bien équipé (serviettes, cuisine équipée, lave linge) et bonus parking privé et sécurisé ! Enfin bref, je ne peux que vous le conseiller
