It a real Treasure Trove in the old part of Frascati - down a bit near the Duke of York (no, not him) Piazza who visited in the 18th Century. For a moment you could be Bilbo Baggins from Lord of the Rings - it’s small but quaint - up a stairs either a sideways (just about) view of Rome and then into the living room and kitchen. Up more rickety stairs to the bedroom (double and single) and another ladder to…somewhere. Kitchenette has every gadget u set the sun. Heating and aircon.
Nothing - you get a lot for your money.
