Beautiful and welcoming annex of a house in panoramic position on the slope of a hill in Grottaferrata. View of Rome and up to the Tirrenian Sea. Quiet position. The house is located in the upper part of the garden, where the main house occupied by the owners is also located. In the lower part is the swimming pool, shared with the owners. The accommodation can be reached by a staircase with 50 steps. Baby equipment available on request. Comfortable furnishings with antique furniture. This vacation home is located about 20 km from Rome, which can be easily reached by train in 20 minutes. Frascati 1,5 km, Castelgandolfo with its lake 12 km, the sea 30 km, lakes Albano and Nemi can be reached in a few minutes by car. In the garden guests will enjoy the company of the three nice little dogs of the house owner.

L'environnement de la propriété est peut être agréable, malheureusement, n'ayant pas eu un seul jour de soleil et en fait, beaucoup de pluie pendant notre séjour, nous n'avons pas pu apprécier les extérieurs de la villa. D'autre part, il faut traverser la propriété des propriétaires pour accèder à la location, fait assez désagréable, pas d'intimité et poursuivi par les aboiements des chiens et les chiens eux mêmes des propriétaires, lors de la traversé des lieux.
D'autres petits désagréments au niveau de la prestation elle même, impossible de prendre des douches en simultané. A savoir que si une douche est utilisée, il n'y a pas d'eau dans la baignoire de l'autre salle de bain, et la même chose si on tire de l'eau à la cuisine en même temps... le robinet de la cuisine fuit.. pas de paroi de douche à la baignoire, impossible de se doucher sans mettre de l'eau partout.
Cuisine assez bien équipée, mais avec de la vaisselle déjà usée et ébrechée, et pas de micro onde, pas facile quand on est en vacances.. et pas assez de casserole et autre ustensile pour réchauffer au gaz..
Et la connexion internet ne fonctionnait pas...
