The room is exactly as shown in the picture. The building has no staffs, a person will check you in and you are good to go. No staff doesn't mean it is not safe, the locality may look shady but it is safe. The door has digital door lock and the room has key card lock. Cafe's and restaurants are just nearby (Try Bitebox for best burger and tacos in the town). The staff contacts us through whatsapp and in the app just chat or call where you feel comfortable.

They provide us only 1 bottle of water. I think one more should be given. Also, if you are planning to pay via cash bring the exact amount they may not have change or pay through Fonepay. If you're foreigner paying through the app itself is a good option.

Decent Stay with Some Noise Stayed here for three days. Overall, it was a good experience clean and comfortable. However, it did get noisy at times, especially when the water pump was running and from downstairs neighbours. If you're sensitive to noise, just keep that in mind. Otherwise, a decent place to stay!

L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans une rue calme, à deux doigts de Durbar Square. La vue du rooftop est exceptionnelle ! Le patron et son équipe son toujours à l'écoute des attentes des clients. J'y suis déjà venue 2 fois et si je reviens au Népal, je n'hésiterai pas à recontacter Raghu.

My stay was marred by low water pressure in the evening and a complete lack of water in the morning. Despite numerous calls, the owner was unresponsive until an hour after I left. He claimed to have informed me about a generator solution for water, but this was a detail I overlooked due to personal reasons. The experience was inconvenient, and communication could have been more proactive.
