The accommodation is tidy and well-located with a perfect terrace view and friendly staff, though it lacks basic kitchen

The accommodation is tidy, in a very good location, and the staff is extremely kind. The view from the terrace is perfect, and the position of the sun throughout the day in our apartment was ideal. Overall, the accommodation is great. Everything you need is nearby, including good restaurants and markets. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away.

I believe the accommodation should have at least one hot plate and some basic cookware (a frying pan, a small pot). We had only three plates, and there were no bowls or deep plates. The apartment did have a coffee maker. One thing that didn’t bother us personally, but might be important to someone else, is that the accommodation is located above the main road and below the railway, so there is a near-constant level of noise.

Spacious and clean with nice view. Hosts were very pleasant.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Price was fair. The bed was good too.

The proximity to the main street, however this was visible on the map. And the shower curtain was fixed on a previously broken pole and hence a bit unstable.

The hosts are very friendly, they take care of you during your stay. Coffee and sweets were available if you wanted, and we were also served several times juicy watermelon. There were also refreshments, sweets and chocolates in the room's fridge A short walk (stairs) away is the beach, small markets and restaurants. The best thing was the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts.

Pleasant stay with family-like atmosphere in spacious appartment near the beach

Tina, Mladen and Stefan are wonderful people who are trying their best to make your stay unforgettable. The spacious appartment had 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. There were small balconies attached to each bedroom and spacious roof terrace for our use. The facility has fireplace/grill and huge downstair kitchen. We did not use it, but I believe that the owner would let you to use it, if needed. They greeted us with a BBQ and we spent almost every day with them chatting (also with other visitors), who seemed to enjoy their regular stay. Once booked I was contacted via whatsapp by Stefan and we discussed all the things connected to our arrival. The house is near the promenade (stairs), which leads you to main Sutomore beach. There was also available spacious free parking in the front of the house and free internet. The appartment was clean and I can only recommend this wonderful family. We hope to come again!

War in der Nachsaison (Oktober) da. Obwohl das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis keine Kritik zulässt, muss erwähnt werden, dass vom Gast kein moderner, westlicher Standard erwartet werden darf. Zimmer, vor allem das Bad sind abgewohnt und sanierungsbedürftig. In der Beschreibung stand "Am Strand". Das ist eindeutig nicht der Fall!

Ja i moja porodica smo zadovoljni boravkom u navedenom objektu.

Dopala nam se blizina plaže, apartman koji ima ono osnovno što je potrebno za normalno funkcionisanje, prijatna i susretljiva vlasnica koja je odmah rješila problem koji se desio u vezi rezervacije preko booking-a i koja nas je srdačno dočekala i počastila pićem.

Nije mi se dopala činjenica da moja rezervacija, kako mi je rečeno od strane vlasnice objekta Violit apartments & Restaurant nije registrovana u njihovom sistemu. Međutim, vlasnica navedenog objekta mi je ipak izašla u susret primivši me (što je lijepo od nje), ali uz određene korekcije, u smislu da sam bila prinuđena prelaziti iz jednog apartmana u drugi. Tri dana sam sa svojom porodicom boravila u jednom apartmanu, nakon čega smo morali preći u drugi njihov apartman za preostala dva dana, budući da su u apartman u kome smo prvobitno boravili, trebali stići gosti koji imaju urednu rezervaciju, za razliku od mene koja nisam imala rezervaciju. Navedeni upitnik kao i potvrde rezervacije od strane booking-a i dalje potvrđuju da je moja rezervacija uredno registrovana, dok vlasnici apartmana tvrde drugačije, tako da navedene okolnosti nisu u potpunosti razjašnjene.
