Excellent vacation on the first line!

We vacationed as a family of three (two adults and a child) - we were absolutely delighted! The hostess is very friendly and responsive, communicating with her was a real pleasure. The room impressed us with perfect cleanliness, everything was neat and well-maintained. The apartment has air conditioning, which is very important in hot weather - the temperature was always comfortable. We were especially impressed by the balcony with a stunning sea view - it’s truly first line! Every morning started with a cup of coffee and mesmerizing seascapes. The location is simply perfect - just a few steps to the cleanest beaches. For a family with a child, this is very convenient - no need to walk far, and the beaches are really very clean and well-maintained. We would like to especially note the availability of a private parking space - this is a big plus, especially in a resort area. You can safely leave your car without worrying about security. A pleasant bonus was the hostess’s restaurant, which is located right in the same building. Very convenient and delicious - you can have dinner without leaving the house, and the quality of the dishes is top-notch! We recommend it to everyone who wants to spend their vacation in comfort with beautiful sea views. We will definitely come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Feels good for both short and long stays

Incredibly good view from the (very big) window - the sea all around. Nice balcony where I liked to read and drink coffee. Everything that may be needed for a stay is in the room: air conditioner, cooking facilities, fridge. The room was spacious, and the bathroom too. But even better was the experience of communication with the host. She kindly made me the touristic registration with no need for me to go to the touristic office myself. Always stayed in contact, I had no problems asking anything I needed anytime. Also, when one day I fell ill, she gave me a lemon and a medicine, so I didn't have to go to the pharmacy (that I was for sure unable to do).

The apartment was close to the beach - but a bit far away from the center. I visited the place in winter, so small shops around didn't work, and the closest place to buy food was in 15+ min. walking. The air conditioner did it best heating the room (it was December) but I'd prefer the room to be a little warmer in windy days. Also there was a street lantern right by my window. It didn't prevent me from sleeping - no extra light entered the room, and the curtain was very good - but when it got dark I couldn't see the sea or the stars from the balcony because of this light.

Worth all money

One bigger balcony and terrace with sun shading. Both had sea view. Helpful staff, they didn't have problem with late arrival and were available almost anytime. Really close to one beach with rocks and another with sand. Two fridges and a stove. Restaurants, market and city center in a close area. Airport shuttle on demand from Podgorica airport. Air conditioning in both bedrooms. Fast WiFi. Flat TV with YouTube. Everything was clean in all rooms.

Some towels weren't soft. Parking spaces were small, me as an inexperienced driver would have a problem with parking, without friends.

The sea was very near. Approx 10 meters. The sounds and the smells came inside through the window. In april less people on the beach and everywhere so it was calmed. The price of apartman is one of best in sutomore if u see what u got for your money. I offer to everyone if they wanna feel and hear the sea sounds and the smells of montenegro in their rooms too :)

In april there are no street food so my favorite food is missed a lot. Pljeskavica. I traveled to that country and nowhere get pljeskavica no in bar no in budva nowhere. It was a little shame for local people they dont sell nowhere their own national food in all year or at least from spring to autumn. :)

This object is located Ideally, close to the beach, grocery markets and restaurants. Yet, it is quite for nice rest and sleeping. The sea view is beautiful. Hosts are very kind and helpful.

Exceptional

The apartement is located at the seasight, at an amasing place easily accessable by car or by foot. I just spent hours with listening and looking at the waves of the sea. There are restaurants, shops and bakeries within 5 minutes walk and the beach is in front of the building.

Our Host did'nt really speak english well enough but we understood each other because he spoke russian and german.

Pogled🌊🩵

Smeštaj je vrhunski. Pogled sa terase, božanstven. Čisto je i besprekorno. Sve pohvale za gazdaricu Nataliju i ostalo osoblje. Ljubazni, srdačni, izlaze u susret šta god da vam treba. U restoranu hrana..sveža, preukusna. Porcije obilne. Zadovoljstvo mi je što sam bila gost.

Prachtig uitzicht direct aan zee

Het appartement ligt aan het begin van de boulevard gelukkig nog net niet in de drukte en lawaai maar binnen loopafstand van paar minuten wel te bezoeken. Wij zaten in de studio die een fantastisch uitzicht heeft op de zee. Met beneden en boven een balkon en het geruis van de zee is magisch. Ook ze zonsondergang is hier vanaf je balkon prachtig. De studio heeft een wachmachine en een vaatwasser maar dat laatste hebben we niet gebruik. Wat ook heel fijn was was de douche goede warme straal met goede water druk. Bedden zijn spiraalmatrassen redelijk hard. Ik hou daarvan maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk. Beneden heeft de eigenaar ook een restaurant waar wij voor de avond vaak gegeten hebben omdat wij elkaar graagwilde verstaan tijdens het eten en als je verder de boulevard op ging werd de muziek alleen maar luider en luider. Dus ook dit vonden wij prettig.

Wij zijn op reis met onze zoon van 16 en die vond de WiFi niet zo sterk.
