Lovely studio with great sea views

The studio with sea view was excellent, modern, spotlessly clean, lovely decorations, comfy bed, kitchenette with all equipment, and best of all a lovely balcony with amazing view over sea and Sutomore bay and mountains behind. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, bit uphill coming back, nice walk along promenade to town centre about 20 minutes. There were grocery stores and bakery nearby. Overall great value.

I had to wait for check in but lady offered me coffee and raki while I waited, very kind. WiFi was a bit erratic.

We’re thrilled that we chose this accommodation for our trip! The apartment exceeded all expectations. The view from the window was magnificent. It’s important to note the impeccable cleanliness and tidiness of the space, which created a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. The location turned out to be ideal as well, beach nearby. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions. Our experience staying here left us with nothing but the most positive impressions.

The apartment was far away from the beach. You have to climb up a steep hill and the way to the sea is full of trash. Furniture was old and dusty.

Really lovely place, but consider the steep uphill and mosquito repellents.

The day before we came, the owner called us and specified the time of our arrival. However, we arrived earlier than planned, but the hosts still welcomed us very warmly. We met and chatted over a glass of beer, and then went to settle down for 5 nights. Our apartment was small but cozy and reasonably clean. I'm very picky about cleanliness, but even for me it was OK. (I have my wet wipes always with me :) ) We had private WC, shower and kitchenette inside + balcony. Photos on the add 100% correspond the reality. Since we had a 5-days drive to Sutomore, we were in need of washing machine. The hosts kindly allowed us to use the washing machine. Unfortunately, it had no short washing cycles, so we ended up with handwashing and using the machine only for rinse and spin. The house is located on a steep mountainside, so it was not easy for us to drive in and out by car, and even more difficult to walk back from the beach. But this is rather our problem: it's time for us to go to the gym. However, elderly and people with toddlers should consider this. The nearest beach turned out to be sandy while we wanted pebbles so we had to walk a bit further. But it was a good deal: less crowded, super for snorkeling and beautiful for photoshoot. The seabed was gently sloping so it was good for swimming with 7-year-old child. At late evenings we could hear the "nightlife" of Sutomore from our balcony, but it was not irritating or disturbing our night rest. The only thing that darkened our stay was the mosquitoes. We seemed to them very appetizing, snow-white skin Lithuanians, so they literally ate us. Well, it was my mistake not to take the fumigator. I'll definitely take it next time. On the day of our leave we've got a warm handshake, small gift and "Srecan put!"

When my husband heard the washing-machine working, he was scared. According to him, the bearings are almost dead. So we would suggest the hosts to start looking for a new washing-machine before the old one will be completely broken. Also it would be good to indicate on "booking", that people with allergies to insects' bites should bring fumigators. I don't think, that mosquito-nets would solve the problem since insects get inside through the balcony door and apartments' door.

Very hospitable!

The hosts were absolutely lovely! They immediately offered us beer and cookies - which was very much needed because we had a very stressful time before arriving at the accommodation. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet and also had a nice view - the accommodation was also not so far from the beach. We highly recommend this room, especially because the hosts were so kind to us.

View was very good. Nice 1bedroom apt with decent kitchen and very good bed. Hosts were great we managed to communicate although we speak no Montenegrin and they spoke little or no english. Enjoyed beers and smoked cigars with them one evening. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great place for families!

The apartment was spacious with a big balcony too perfect for families. Beds were as described and bathroom was also okay in size and clean. The owners were super nice and friendly and made sure that we were happy and comfortable.

Great stay in Sutomore

So far this the best place that i was staying in Montenegro for the last 15 years. Owners are great, friendly and warmhearted people. Our plane from Katowice had 2 hours and 40 minutes delay and Owner waited for us at the railway station in Sutomore. Than welcomed use by cold niksicko beer and rakija. Our stay was excellent and i would like to come back to Vitic Apartaments next year. If it wont be possibile in with three of us i will come alone. Great stay in Sutomore

Our summer holiday stay was great:) : - Owners are great, warm and friendly people. Owner waited for us at the Sutomore railway station even that our plane from Poland to Podgorica was almost three hours late, - rooms are spacous and really comfortable, - we had an invitation beer and rakija shots - close and easy to go to the city beach, ratac beach and crvena glavica beach, - good air conditioning, - washing machine for all the quests easy to use, - very nice towels, - very close to the beautifull railway bridge, - excellent value for money, - everything was great, - we will be back there next time in Sutomore Super wakacyjny pobyt u fantastycznych gospodarzy. The apartment was nice and new.

Location - it is unapproachable , one have to drive on steep and narrow road to reach the apartment. Difficult to find. In the apartment there were no towels, no soap, not even a toilet paper. We arrived late - couldn’t go out to shop. Payment is in cash only, but there is no ATM nearby. Finding one is a real agony, plus the drive back to the apartment. The owner showed our apartment with a cigarette litted, than entire apartment smelled on cigarettes - and is non smoking one. AC is difficult to regulate, without it is too hot to sleep, with it too cold.

Все сподобалося, а найбільше вид з вікна, з якого було видно море і увесь пляж Сутоморе. Дуже привітний господар, який нас пригощав напоями, ще й наостанок вручив нам подаруночок. Дякую. До моря порівняно близько. Вздовж моря багато магазинчиків із сувенірами, але нажаль їх вибір значно меньший ніж у Будві. Порадувало, що на пляжах народу меньше ніж у Будві, але до пізньої ночі гучно грала музика в багаточисельних кафешках. В деяких кафешках пісні виконували гарні співаки і музиканти.

Відсутній був чайник. Плитка не гарно гріла - довго треба було чекати.

Domacini su vrlo ljubazni, gostoprimljivi, divni. Smestaj lep, cist, terasa sa predivnim pogledom na more, imaju dobar internet. Smestaj je blizu plaze, nekih 7 minuta pesaka. Sve u svemu prezadovoljni smo, preporuka.

Apartamenty są słabo wyposażone. Kuchenki albo nie grzały, albo przypalały wszystko co się na nich położy. Generalnie przygotowanie ciepłego posiłku nie należało do łatwych i przyjemnych. W apartamentach czuć zapach ,,starości” oraz dużą wilgoć, przez co mokre ciuchy w ogóle nie schną.
