Near metro station and quiet

Good size room for single person, great location next to train stations and restaurants. The room was very clean, and the balcony was a nice feature. Great view of the busy street. Also, it is fairly quiet on the 6th floor. There is not much noise from the busy street below. Air conditioning worked great.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable for me personally, and nowhere to hang wet clothes straight out of the washing machine I had to utilise the clothes rack as a line.

The owner made the check-in process very simple and easy, and was also available for any questions or concerns I may have had. The location is fantastic, being only a couple of minutes' walk from two major train lines, and a short jaunt to the ubiquitous Shinjuku station. There's a lot of food in the area, and if you're into it, Kabukicho is just a short hike. But the whole area was safe and easy to navigate. The room itself was large and very clean. The main living area had a lot of space, and it contained many of the utilities that I needed, such as a laundry machine and a kitchenette. It also has a rather large bathroom space and a full shower and tub.

The location was great.

The host told us that we could check in one hour early if we gave a full rating. We also discovered upon arrival that the washing machine was broken and had been removed. Two days later, while our belongings were still inside the apartment, the host entered using their own key and installed a new machine. We found this very disturbing and intrusive. The bed was absolutely terrible. Both my spouse and I suffered from back pain, which made our trip much less enjoyable. In addition, the kitchen was poorly equipped and lacked sufficient utensils and equipment for basic use.
