70 m2 Ferienwohnung Jurići in Steinhaus unweit von Poreč

Wir hatten im Juni 2025 einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, süßen Haus in Kroatien. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns total wohlgefühlt. Unser Hund war willkommen, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war. Für unseren Sohn wurde extra ein Bett und ein Hochstuhl bereitgestellt, wirklich sehr aufmerksam. Das Haus war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin: Sie hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und uns wertvolle Tipps zum Essen gehen und zu Ausflügen gegeben. Dank ihrer Empfehlungen haben wir einiges entdeckt, was wir selbst nie gefunden hätten. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt rundum perfekt. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The property is lovely, it was nice and cool inside, plenty of space. Good cooking facilities, nice terrace, comfortable sofa. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Good communication and left us to enjoy the apartment. Having Two bathrooms was very nice for a family, also liked the shutters on the windows as we like a dark room. Plus air conditioner is the bedrooms was perfect for us.

For some people it may be a little isolated but this was not a problem for us for a short stay.

Die Ruhe, die Größe und die Sauberkeit

Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Terrasse ist leider nicht wetterfest. Beim Regen kann man sich nicht draußen aufhalten ohne Nass zu werden.

Exactly as described and shown in photos. Really lovely decor, and comfortable beds. The house was easy to find and had plenty of parking space. We especially loved the living room, and the table on the terrace. Another big plus is that pets are allowed, and our dog had the best time. The host is really nice and was really helpful, as well as the next door neighbour.

Sadly, there is no air conditioning upstairs in the bedrooms, which are really warm during hot summer days and there's barely any wind so it's difficult to sleep well if you're not used to heat. I'm sure the lovely host will upgrade that in the future. If you're travelling in winter, this shouldn't be a problem. Also, we had some issues with the dog living left of the house - it's running loose and it constantly barked at us, even when we weren't walking our dog and it kept running in front of the moving car so we were scared we would hit it. If you have dogs and/or children, beware!
