Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, volleyball, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Schone ruime vakantievilla in binnenland met groot afgesloten terrein. Zwembad en terrein en eettafel is perfect met rondom voldoende schaduw plekken in de tuin. Trap omhoog naar slaap en badkamers als keuken is minder maar overkomelijk. Buitengrill en BBQ is prima. Bad en douche gelegenheden in orde.

Bei herrlichem Wetter durften wir unseren diesjährigen Aufenthalt in Istrien in diesem wunderschön authentischen Haus verbringen.Wir genossen die Freiheiten, die die ringsherum hohen Bäume (Sichtschutz) und Sträucher uns boten.Mal FKK war auch kein Problem, wo hat man das schon? Der Besitzer war jederzeit per Mail oder Telefon zur Stelle, falls wir ein Problem gehabt hätten, war aber alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Das Außengelände war "TOP", die Räume des Hauses waren o.k. für den Preis.

Dieses Anwesen ist bestens geeignet für große Familien. Im Garten laden mehrere Hängematten und viele Liegestühle zum Verweilen ein. Um das Haus herum befindet sich ein riesiger Garten und die nächsten Nachbarn sind einige hundert Meter entfernt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, abgesehen von einem Hahn der ab und zu kräht. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool, der vom Haus und vom Garten aus gut einsehbar ist. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und diskret.

Wirklich liebe und herzliche Besitzer. Einfach ein Ort zur vollkommenen Entspannung. Reisetipps: Für Hundebesitzer: Es gibt bei Cervar eine Bucht, wo man selbst, aber auch der Hund gut ins Wasser gelangt. Das Wasser ist dort schön ruhig und glasklar ja sowieso.
