About this house rental
Single-family house "Vera", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Sveti Ivan 15 km from the centre of Kaštelir, 6 km from the centre of Višnjan, 17 km from the centre of Poreč, 17 km from the sea. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (24 m2), garden furniture (swing). In the house: internet access, table football, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 3.3 km, pebble beach 17 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, die Bilder geben sie realistisch wieder. Großer Pool. Nette Vermieter. Achtung für Gäste mit Hund: Das Gelände ist zwar eingezäunt, aber unterm Eingangstor ist so viel Platz, dass ein Hund schon ordentlich groß sein muss, um nicht entwischen zu können. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung, aber teilweise etwas knapp - 5 Löffel, 5 Gabeln etc. Die nahe Kirche und Straße stören nicht - eher laute Gäste in den nahen anderen Ferienhäusern. WLAN eher schlecht.

Top gepflegte Unterkunft mit allem denkbaren Inventar. Nettes Vermieter-Ehepaar. Etwas abseits gelegen, so kann man die Ruhe genießen und erlebt die istrische Landschaft in allen Facetten. Ideal für Familien und Radfahrer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich. Lassen einen aber auch den Urlaub genießen. Top würde ich jederzeit wieder hin. Reisetipps: Empfehlenswert ist Porec und Rovinij

Alles sehr sauber und funktionell. Ausstattung sehr gut. Wir wurden von der Eigentümerin sehr freundlich begrüßt und während des Urlaubs mit frischen Eiern, Gemüse und Olivenöl aus eigener Produktion versorgt. Ruhige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Sveti Lovrec oder in Porec. Reisetipps: Idyllisches Künstlerdorf Groznjan etwas nördlich gelegen hat uns am besten gefallen.
