Spacious apartment with all necessary facilities and very close to the underground station
One of the bedroom doors is a sliding door that is a bit difficult and noisy but this was very minor and overall we were delighted with the apartment

Spacious, clean and comfy apartment in great location, one minute to metro station. We were here for the 2nd time as it is very convenient, practically designed and ideally located place with amazing terrace. Well equipped kitchen, big bedrooms with enough storage space, bathroom big enough and well designed, and effective A/C which we used for heating as central heating was not on.
We chose the place (among other reasons) as it has washing machine, which turned out to be malfunctioning. We reported this but we felt dismissed and nothing was done to repair (we were told technician would come but nothing happened, and we were told this is the first time it happened but I saw in other comments this has happened already a month before). This really impacted out overall impression of otherwise amazing place.

The apartment’s location is excellent — it’s close to the metro and situated in a quiet area.
Unfortunately, the washing machine wasn’t working properly, the door handles on one of the bedrooms and the toilet kept coming loose, and there weren’t enough towels, especially given that the washing machine was out of order.
The host could suggest taking the metro from the airport, as it’s very convenient. It would also be helpful to provide a few more towels for guests, since there were no hand towels available. I’d also recommend buying a metro ticket or pass — it makes getting around Athens much easier. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in a very comfortable area.

Proximité immédiate du métro dans un quartier vivant d Athènes. Tout confort, spacieux,grande terrasse. Calme pas bruyant du tout.
