Es un apartamento super amplio, con dos aseos y una ducha, tiene una cocina bien equipada con lo necesario para tener una buena estancia y tiene un aire acondicionado en cada una de las habitaciones. Está en un barrio tranquilo y muy bien comunicado con el centro de Atenas y con el puerto de pireo, a apenas 2 minutos está la estación del metro. Estaban todas las camas preparadas y limpias incluso el sofá cama, que es de agradecer para un grupo de 5. Además Ted, el anfitrión, es superatento y te informa muy bien de todo antes de llegar para que no tengas ningún problema.
El sofá cama es bastante incómodo, éramos 5 y yo que dormí ahí me levantaba sin haber podido descansar mucho. La zona del tendedero de la ropa es muy pequeña y no da para tender casi nada, quizá se podría poner un tendedero desmontable en el interior por el gran espacio que tiene el apartamento.

La casa è abbastanza spaziosa per 5 persone, comoda e fresca con la presenza di 3 condizionatori, il doppio servizio è utile soprattutto quando si è in tanti, e c'è tutto l'indispensabile. Posizione vicino a minimarket e stazione metro. Il propietario Ted è una persona molto disponibile e gentile.
Purtroppo i bagni senza un'effettiva areazione attiva (finestre) rende l'ambiente caldo e difficile da smaltire odori ed umidità. Nonostante la posizione comoda vicino la metro la zona di sera mette un po' di ansia (non è insicura, a noi non è mai successo nulla però tendi a guardarti molto di più intorno) per via del poco movimento e della poca luminosità, di giorno al contrario cambia aspetto ed è piacevole.
