The house was in a quiet neighborhood, but also just a 10-minute walk to downtown. The communication from the owner was OK, they emailed us the door code just a little before our originally planned arrival time, which was less stressful than logging onto the 3rd party website, I am not very technologically savvy.
The bedrooms do not have any dressers to put clothes in; they should at least have a table to put your suitcase on. Instead, the choice was put the suitcase on the floor or on the bed. The beds had nice new looking white covers, so I had to put my suitcase on the floor.

House was clean and comfortable, with great location and amenities. Definitely will book again. We had an extremely positive experience at this B&B. Parking was also a huge bonus for us.
Communication wasn't always available through the message app.

It was super cute and comfortable. Our family loved it.
Black out curtains or shades in the back bedroom. The lights from the parking lot kept the room lit all night.
