Lovely residential home in the heart of Tumwater

The house was great and much bigger than pictures lead to believe! Would stay again if I find myself in the area

We just needed a place to land for the night. It was perfect for that. We didn't cook or eat there so we can't fully review the accommodations. We had a little trouble with the code, but the host addressed the issue quickly so we could access the home.

Overall very nice but the sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable and the only place to sit. Having glass tables was concerning in dining and living room and it would be a safe environment for children if there were outlet plug covers. The location and home is great and if it hadn’t been raining having the patio and fire pit in back yard are great.

Wish the gas fire places worked. nice place to stay and great communication with David.

The house is beautiful and the host responded to all my questions quickly. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the hone has tons of games available to play while visiting. We will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Easy in and out nice clean place

The house has plenty of space and has an excellent kitchen if you like to cook. The layout of very open so it’s great for a gathering space if you are staying with friends or family. It’s a quick and easy drive into downtown Olympia. There is a little playground and park across the street which was great for my two young children. Would definitely stay again.

I had a group of wrestlers competing in Centralia about :20 south of Tumwater. Property was perfect for our group. We tried to book it for the next weekend but it was already being used. Will look to book here for any trips in that area. Affordable, clean, user friendly! Thank you!!

Property/ home is in a very nice quiet neighborhood and home is located at end of dead end street. Some interesting neighbors surround the property. Families with small children, mechanic works on vehicles and someone also does canine security, so hard working families surround you. Home has nice tall ceilings, gas fireplace. Updates are needed in some areas such as utensils (one pair of tongs snapped immediately upon use) cutlery looks almost like takeout¿?… They have an amazing huge tub in master bath along with separate shower. Second floor laundry and other bedrooms are spacious. There is a first floor bedroom as well. Enjoy the property!!! Close to shopping for grocery etc.

It was an amazing house! It had the perfect space for the five of us, and it is very close to the store, children museum, and coffee shops. We had a great time! 😊

I was very satisfied with the home. It was spacious, clean, nice and comfortable. The host was very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions that I had prior to leasing.

I stayed here with a group of sports league buddies and my teenage daughter. The home was well-appointed with plenty of space for everyone. Three full bathrooms (including bathtubs) were extra nice following a sweaty game we all played in. The master bedroom is huge with a king size bed, it's own bathroom that has a separate tub and walk-in shower, and even a walk-in closet that is almost the size of a bedroom. There is also a small electric, wall-mounted fireplace in the master bedroom. The other bedrooms were much smaller, but each fit a queen size bed. All but one bedroom had a TV. One bedroom and one bathroom are on the main floor, and the rest are upstairs. The one bedroom without a TV (upstairs) also had a very low-to-the-floor bed. There is a nice electric fireplace in the living room with a large TV above it. The kitchen, dining area, and living room all open into one another, while the bedrooms and bathrooms offer more privacy away from the main living area. The house was exactly what we were looking for, and the host was easy to communicate with! I would definitely book this place again if I'm in the area.

We loved our stay in Tumwater! The house was very clean and inviting! We prefer a more quiet stay than being in the middle of a city or in a noisy hotel and this home provided that. The location was great for us to be able to get to the places we wanted to see. They had a nice amount of linens. Beds were comfortable. Property manager was quick to respond. They provide items needed to prepare meals, if you wanted to. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay in the home!
