The location of the property is amazing very close to Earl's Court Station. Decoration is new and nice. Kitchen equipments are new and function well. Bahtroom is new and functions very well.

The entrance of the building is very dirty. Some people all the time drinks,smokes on the stairs,make noises and leave their garbage there. No body cleans it. For that reason it doesnt feel safe to leave window open. We couldnt sleep 2 nights due to continous parties till early morning in the upper flat. There is no cooling in the flat so its not suitable for summer stays. Mattresses are not comfortable at all. Cleanless of the property was poor when we checked in. We never met in person with someone who is responsible for the property. Communication is always on whatsapp and slow Its also hard to communicate with landlord. On the chekout, They allowed to leave my luggages in the property till 13:30. Then called me at 13:00 asking why I didnt leave the keys yet. How can I get my luggages if I leave the keys?!?!
