Very decent accommodation

At first glance, complicated, but actually simple instructions on how to get the apartment key and how to park the car at any time. Quite solid accommodation, especially for one night. The furniture is quite new, and the room and bathroom are clean.

The bedding could be better and the beds could be a little softer.

Great new guesthouse

A new guesthouse in a nice quiet neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was well equipped with a comfortable bed and nice linen. There was good WiFi and TV channels. Ample secure parking available. All the necessary amenities are within a few 100 metres.

Everything was great! We wanted a location close to the water park and this was the best choice. Very good quality-price ratio. Everything was very clean, very new, very well cared for. It also had all the facilities, refrigerator, sink, air conditioning, all kinds of dishes and cutlery... everything. The only thing we missed was the hair dryer. So if you want to dry your hair bring your own hair dryer. There was no television either but it didn't matter to us because we never watch it. So in general the location is 100% recommended. I even asked them if they could put some petals in the room when for when we arrive and they put lots of them and even candles! that was beautiful. AND the top of the cake, the have a large parking so you don't stress at all when you arrive.

A nice guest house near Tisza river.

This is a nice little apartment guest house located in Újszeged. The room was very clean and equipped with all the equipment one may need to make the stay comfortable. I appreciated the opportunity to park in the courtyard. The staff was available and very friendly. A department store is located next door, while other shops can be found just across the street.

The only disadvantage is the noisy street in which the facility is located. The corridor also echoed all the noise made by other guests, which may be somewhat worrysome to guests wishing to go to bed early.

Recommending if You plan to stay in "uj SZeged" or if your destination is close.

Proper location if You want to visit "Uj Szeged". Clean an tidy.

You need to apply more shades on the window of the Kitchen as during summer time, early morning sunshine lit up the room. So that would help a lot.

Odlicna lokacija, higijena i besplatan parking.

Smeštaj je izuzetno čist, udoban i topao. Dvoriste veliko i prostrano, u njemu se nalazi besplatan parking za vise automobila(ima i uticnica sa električna vozila). Ulaz u objekat jednostavan i lak (dobijete šifru), u neposrednoj blizini market i pekara.

Mi smo bili smesteni u apartmanu broj 8 u potkrovlju (dvoje odraslih i dete od 14 godina) kada se razvuce pomocni lezaj za dete malo je skučeno.
