What shall we do in old grandma's house?

Good location, some 20 minutes' walk takes you to the city centre. *** Parking inside. *** Good wifi. *** Excellent price/quality ratio when we booked.

This used to be a house of a multi generation family, I guess. The various rooms used to belong to the members of the family. *** Our studio on the ground floor was a decent "grandmother's apartment." Quite large, with a huge kitchen, but with furniture from the 60's or 70's. Completely out of time. (The double bed was comfortable, though.) *** The bathroom is newer, it was obviously renovated a few years ago, but with the cheapest fittings you can find in Praktiker. No shower gel or hand wash liquid, only some leftovers from previous guests. *** The towels we got were ridiculously small and far from being new. *** Parking is safe inside in the inner yard, but you need excellent driving skills to manouvre your car through narrow gates, the owners' bicycles and other obstacles :-)

The staff were good and friendly, but the apartment didn't worth the price. It was very old with a strange odor. It was not clean at all so we decided not to sleep there, even though we paid for the night. The location is good and they have parking provided for guests.

The bed sheet was smelly, the apartment didn't look the same as on the photos. The whole room had a strange odor and it was not clean at all. I had never had this experience before booking an apartment on booking.com We left the apartment and didn't sleep there, even though we paid for the night.

Just if you not find else , and maximum stay 1 night

I was tired and exaust when i arrived at the apartman , on pictures looking everything fine i was there for 1 week because no refund if you change your mind Bed it was 100 year old and rough , and 2 single bad pushd together by like a 1 king size bed In the living room you can feel burned wood smell constantly , i think its an old chimney was there before what ruined to try enjoy the 90' feeling My bathroom still came from 90' And a funny part in the bathromm what no sense is in a middle a dinning table and 2 chair ...🤔 Poor kitchen , with TOY CUTLERY !!!! 🤯 No welcome coffe or tea for morning .... I ask a charger for 30 minute , bit 10 minute later the old lady came and ask me back , and told me to go and buy one if i need to charge my phone ...... 🤯 So yes , total dissappointing was this aparmen for me , surr not choose this again ....

Nice staff, but horrible place to stay.

Stags was helpful and the location of the place was nice.

Room was not like described. We have forced to pay 4 euro extra as a tourist tax!!! Room smell like mold and moisture. Bed linens and pillow cases were changed probably 10 days ago. I don't recommend this place at all. Not worth the money.

OK for one night

Location was good, easy to find and we thanks to our hosts that they waited for us till 23 o'clock at night due to some delay on Hungary - Serbia border. Parking inside also is a plus

We thought its a guest house, but literally that accommodation gives us feeling that we went to visit our old auntie and we actually disturb her. With all my respect for the age of our hosts, that house needs some refreshing,refurnishening, reorganisation for guest's comfort of all ages. Higine could be better, bedsheets and towers are old.coffee in the morning will be perfect if available, even if need extra payment

The host is very kind.

Room is to small. Toilet is small. Parking is very small for bigger cars. WC is whithout door, they put the curtain between the room and WC.... They didnt tell us that the room is on the last floor to the roof.

Nice place, with personality

Really big and comfy bedroom, with full equipped kitchen and nice private bathroom. Free parking to the yard. Kind hosts, which even offered to us fruits from their own garden while leaving.

Kind of dirty kitchen, mainly the refrigerator, full of water. The freezer door was broken. Kind of dusty everywhere.

It was way more expensive that would be appropriate. The check out is at 9am although they advertise 10am when booking. All the equipment is old, there is a hole in the wall where you can see a light from the neighboring room. Also there is no AC and the summer is really hot.

Out room was superhot, and we didn't get even a fan. Hardly could sleep at night, just after a bit when we opened the roof windows in the common area. Our bathroom was OK, except the shower which was öt cleaned ( sand in the bottom.c, traces of weeks usage on the soap holder part, etc) Checkout at 9 AM, I find it very early.

My stay in Szeged

I booked this place at the last minute and was accepted. Gave a very comfortable room with my own personal toilet, and was treated exceptionally kindly by the hosts. Gave advice to me on the sights to catch in Szeged as well. Lovely people and spot, conveniently located not far from the train station. Will definitely visit again.

My only "criticism" would be that there aren't any lifts or elevators, with rather narrow staircases. Made bringing my luggage up and down somewhat challenging.
