This was my weekend getaway and i liked it a lot. Will make sure i come here again.
I liked everything in this property. Stuff is friendly. I like that they have every part of the room smell nice. Parking is included in price and is perfect your car will be safe from strangers on the street as it is located inside the house.
There isn't anything i would say i didn't like. Everything was up to expectations.

Avoid this hotel or whatever it is
Nothing to like. I would give minus 10 stars
After the confirmation on Booking, I called the reception, mentioned my arrival interval, and I 've been told to call 5 minutes before reaching the location. I did that but nobody answered. Anyway, I parked in front of the hotel and I kept calling for 15 minutes, with no success. 9:30 PM, after 12 hours of driving. The light was lit on the ground floor, I buzzed on the gate several times, no luck. It seems that I wasn't the first one in this situation

OK stay
Very clean room with comfortable beds. The location is OK..about 15-20 minutes to the city centre. They provide parking which could be a bonus for some travellers.
The room doesn't have any complimentary coffee/tea or bathroom amenities . There is a shared kitchen that guest can use but no coffee/tea available. This was a problem for us as we arrived on 24th December afternoon when all the shops were already closed for the Christmas holidays. We have to walk every morning to the centre to get coffee.
Also they kept switching off the heating so the room was cold. We had to message them to put the heating on. Then we run out out of the toilet paper ( the bathroom had only half of a roll and no spare one) and again we needed to message.

we booked a deluxe double room with private bathroom and we got a closet with the bathroom at the end of the hallway. everything was squeaky and old. not the best guest and not the friendliest.

Szeged Easter
The accommodation was great (as shown in the pictures). It is new and clean.
The host was nice and helped us with the directions for initial detour.
The only suggestion I have: please, consider installing a shelf in the shower cabin, because women have "1000" cosmetics that they are puting on their face and hair and it is not convenient to bring all of that into the cabin and keep it on the floor.
Everything else was in place: a large parking lot, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances.
The experience met expectations, so I recommend it to everyone! :)

Overall a good place to stay.
Host was very welcoming and we had a pleasant experience overall. Beds were nice and everything was clean. Parking is also great thing and it is free which is not often!
Only one thing was not ok which is that the bathroom is actually not part of the room as stated on booking.com. It was very first time for me to experience something like that. That is very important for everyone, so not ok for me to share bathroom...

Die vermeintliche "Pseudo-Vermieterin" ist eine als mit einem besonderes ausgeprägtem "Ego" eingebildete "Göre" zu bezeichnende 23 Jährige (der Art des Umgangs und dem Aussehen offensichtlich "Roma"), die 00 % Ahnung von Hotellerie und kultivierten Kundenumgang hat (der Unterzeichner ist seit 30 jahren in der Touristikbranche tätig), diese zusammen mit ihren Eltern 2 Zimmer in ihrem Haus im Erdgeschoss "vermietet". Sie ist (auf schlechtem, unverständlichen English) hysterisch geworden als unsererseits bemängelt wurde dass der Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht funktioniert, ferner das Badezimmer/Toilette sich nicht im Zimmer sondern außerhalb des Zimmers im Treppenhaus befindet und was ebenfalls als arglistige Täuschung und Betrug bei der Ausschreibung bei der Buchung zu bezeichnen ist. Die Außenaufnahmen des Gebäudes ind "gefaked" - es entsteht dadurch der Eindruck als ob das Gebäude sich in einer "ruhigen Lage" befindet. Anstatt dessen befindet es sich angereiht an mehreren anderen Häusern zusammen auf eine stark befahrene Straße, ist von außen verfallen. Wir kamen um 21:25 h an und riefen die Telefonnummer am Eingang an. Erst nach mehrmaligem Klingeln geht ein alter verschlafener Mann - offensichtlich der Vater - ans Telefon. Dann kanm die vorbenannte "Pseudo-Vermieterin" - sehr unfreundlich, wohl da sie keine Lust hatte um diese Zeit Gäste zu empfangen - um uns den Zimmerschlüssel zu geben. Sie wollte das Geld € 45,- / 1 Nacht als "cash", wohl um Steuern zu hinterziehen. Der Fernseher und das Internet im Zimmer funktionierten ebenfalls nicht. Wir waren "heilfroh" am nächsten morgen schon um 6 h früh wegzufahren. Es wird von Buchungen der vorbenannten "Unterkunft" abgeraten, Booking com ist gut beraten,. wenn er die vorbenannte "Prsodo-Vermieterin" aus dem Buchungssortiment herausnimmt, denn es liegt faktisch gewerbsmässiger Betrug vor....

Pobyt udany, parking zapewniony co było dla mnie ważne.
Do centrum 15 minut na piechotę. Także do basenów termalnych Anna Furdo niedaleko (rano trzeba wejść od podwórka do kasy gdzie przychodzą kuracjusze ze skierowaniami, po południu chyba wejście z innej strony). Pokój przestronny z łazienką. Drugi pokój obok nie ma łazienki bezpośrednio w pokoju, zatem proszę zwrócić uwagę co jest rezerwowane. Kuchnia ogólnodostępna, wystarczająco wyposażona. Parking ogrodzony w podwórku, wjazd przez zamykaną bramę. Właściciele pomocni, można komunikować się w języku angielskim. Chętnie odwiedziłabym jeszcze raz Szeged.
Trochę akustyczny pokój, ale nocą jest spokojnie na ulicy i w okolicy, przynajmniej w październiku.

Jó helyen van, kényelmes és szép a szoba, az udvarban, zárt helyen van ingyenes parkolási lehetőség.
A konyhát csak a külső folyosón lehetett megközelíteni.
